Silent falls build

The first playable build of Harmony Falls came together over the past 24 hours. This included:

  • Setting up the controls.
  • Hooking them up with player movement and shooting mechanics.
  • Spawning endless falling enemies.
  • Checking for enemy and projectile collisions.
  • Generating random color schemes.
  • Drawing them all to the screen.
  • Adding particle effects to interesting events.

This is a good foundation for the first demo. My goal for tomorrow is to implement all the sounds. This includes musical cues for enemy positions, projectile, and collision sounds.
