Today I worked exclusively on secret content, including:

- managing the reverb impulse to react to transitioning between the surface, underwater, and inside caves
- adding a cue for when the scanner recharges
- reworking the scanner to improve its usability
- calculating scan results asynchronously to improve its accuracy and prevent frame drops
- sculpting additional cave structures like latitudinal, longitudinal, and vertical tubes
- defining tables of procedurally generated loot
With the jam entering its second week, the contents of future posts will mostly be hidden behind spoiler tags. Expect about six more of these.
